ACCREDITATION

Cognia Accreditation Process

SIA is currently preparing documentation to pursue Cognia accreditation. As the formal evaluation begins after the school year starts, we are proactively compiling the necessary materials.

The process includes two on-site visits: one in early October and another in early April. Upon successful completion, SIA expects to receive official accreditation by June. We appreciate your continued support as we work to meet global standards and provide high-quality education.

Cognia is the largest accrediting organization for K–12 education in the United States, certifying over 36,000 institutions worldwide. While there are six regional accrediting agencies in the U.S., Cognia—through its unified network of formerly regional agencies—accounts for approximately 80% of K–12 school accreditations across the country.
